Hi all. I have some news for you. First, I have a summer internship! Yes, after what can only be considered a painful 4 month exercise in job hunting, I landed a great gig with Medtronic, a medical device company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This company is perhaps best known for being the company which made the pacemaker / defibrillator which is currently being used by our Vice President, and my good friend, Dick Cheney. I also recently found out during a trip to visit my folks in NYC that my dad has a Medtronic pacemaker, which is pretty cool.
Speaking of NYC, the other news of the day is that my niece, Audrey Simon, will be 10 months old on May 4th, and is super cute. Please see the pic of the day for evidence of this cuteness.
