I was reading Savage Love today when someone wrote in, responding to Dan’s joke about a mannequin fetish. Intrigued, I had no choice to check on Google to see whether such a thing exists. Some mannequins, after all, like the ones at Old Navy, are pretty attractive after all! While I didn’t find a ton of stuff about mannequin fetishes, but I did find this amazing website called Deviant Desires, which purports to map the world of fetishes. This is the funniest thing I have seen in on the internet in a long time. And while I wonder if it’s comprehensive, accurate or even real, you have to check it out. Click on the little links on the map to see writeups about each fetish. I particularly recommend the “inflation” and “balloon” fetishes.
