South Beach Diet Update: I’m not sure how much weight I’ve lost recently, but because I was at Brooks Brothers looking for non-iron shirts yesterday, I do know that I’ve gone down one neck size. If you are interested in buying me a shirt, my size is now 15 / 32! Fantastic!
