A War for Us, Fought by Them This is a great op-ed article about how much we are prepared to do as a country to fight the war in Iraq, and the war on terror. The author makes the point that there is a certain hypocracy to supporting the war if you and your family are unwilling to fight it personally. I bet that in those polls where they ask, “Do you support the war in Iraq,” the results would be much different if the question was “Would you support the war if it meant that there was a chance that your precious Kaytlin and Joshua would be drafted,” the results would be much different.
